How do I return an item?
We provide a 100% money-back guarantee on the Connecting with History Program within one year of purchase.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
We accept return requests within 30 calendar
days after delivery of the product. At our sole discretion up to 60 calendar
days, we may offer store credit only.
Definition of new, unaltered and
unused condition is:
• we cannot issue refunds for digital products.
• CDs and DVDs are not returnable if the seal has been broken or if the disc has been handled or played unless there is a defect in the product.
• Binder tabs are not returnable if they have been opened.
Refunds are contingent upon
inspection of item(s) once we receive it.
All returns must be pre-authorized by contacting us.
Returns of over $200 in merchandise will
be charged a 10% restocking fee or you may choose to receive a store credit for the full amount. This does not include Connecting with History Program, which has a 100% money back guarantee within one year of purchase.
We pay the return shipping cost if
the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective
item, etc.) and gladly replace your item. Please contact us within
7 days of receiving your order to receive a replacement. Contacting us
later than 7 days of delivery may result in no replacements or refunds.
You are responsible for return shipping costs if seller is not at fault.
We will process your refund within seven business days of our receiving your return. Your refund will be made to the account or credit card you used on your original order. Please allow up to 10 business days after processing for the refund to appear on your statement.
