How do I return an item?

We provide a 100% money-back guarantee on the Connecting with History Program within one year of purchase.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.


Returning other materials

We accept return requests within 30 calendar days after delivery of the product. At our sole discretion up to 60 calendar days, we may offer store credit only.

Items must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition".

Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is:

without showing signs of wear or damage in any way
we cannot issue refunds for digital products.
CDs and DVDs are not returnable if the seal has been broken or if the disc has been handled or played unless there is a defect in the product.
Binder tabs are not returnable if they have been opened.


Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it.

We are not responsible for damages or loss caused by the shipping provider. For your protection, please pack items that you are returning so that they are well cushioned and do not move or bend in transit. Damaged items will not be refunded. We highly recommend adding tracking and insurance to the package.


Return Authorization


All returns must be pre-authorized by contacting us.

Returns without per-authorization will not be accepted or refunded.

Restocking Fee or Store Credit


Returns of $100 or more in merchandise will be charged a 10% restocking fee or you may choose to receive a store credit for the full amount. This does not include the Connecting with History Program, which has a 100% money back guarantee within one year of purchase.

Order Cancellation

If you decide to cancel an order before it is shipped we will charge a 3% cancellation fee to cover our credit card processing cost.



Damaged Items or Shipping Errors


We pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) and gladly replace your item. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to receive a replacement. Contacting us later than 7 days of delivery may result in no replacements or refunds.

If your package is damaged in transit, please retain the container and packing material. If possible, take pictures of the outside of the package, a picture of the materials as they arrived inside the box, and pictures of any damages. This will assist in filing an insurance claim if applicable. Email a description of the damage and any pictures to [email protected]. We also encourage you to contact the carrier that delivered the package as they are liable for damage they have caused.


Refunds

Refunds apply to merchandise only, we do not refund any shipping fees. If you received free shipping on your order we will deduct our cost from your refund.


We will process your refund within seven business days of our receiving your return. Your refund will be made to the account or credit card you used on your original order. Please allow up to 10 business days after processing for the refund to appear on your statement.
