The Connecting with History program recommends that each student create their own 3-ring binder notebook to keep a record of all of their work projects they do, artwork, coloring pages, memory work, copy work, reports, essays, timelines, etc.

These timeline pages are specifically designed to put in a 3-ring binder.  They include dates that range from 100, 50 or 25 years per page and lines for writing information or centering illustrations or timeline cards.  

Keep records of books read, add historical events, key people, details about them, add your own illustrations, you can use sections of the timeline to divide up the work they children do for each unit so that everything is in chronological order....use your imagination!
